Sifu Keith will be attempting to break 12 World World Records this year with the first record breaking attempt on Sunday, January 30th.

Tameshiwari is the act of using body parts to break objects and pushes the limits of human performance. Each month he will attempt to break either concrete or wood in ways that go beyond anything that has been done before.
